About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at OSOS Alliance, a specialist recruitment provider with a national reach. As an Administrator RTO, you will be responsible for managing accredited training administration in a Registered Training Organisation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Action all training enquiries and bookings, process enrolments and student data
* Coordinate communications, documentation, attendance, and facility services for training activities
* Update and maintain training calendar and schedule
* Process vendor setup and purchase orders as required
* Provide support to students throughout the enrolment period by ensuring access to the learner portal, training materials, and instructions
* Assist with the allocation of costs for training activities to business units
Requirements:
* Solid administration skills
* Familiarity with VET sector standards and systems
* Strong knowledge of systems and software – ASQA
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well within a team
* Available for an immediate start
What We Offer:
* Flat rate of $32 p/hr
* Standard 38 hour working week
