Spa Guest Experience Expert

We are seeking a well-presented and experienced individual to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Make bookings via phone, internet and face-to-face.
  • Check guests in and out of the spa.
  • Handle guest enquiries and provide information on spa services as required.
  • Assist guests with purchasing and redeeming gift vouchers.
  • Host guests to change rooms and relaxation lounge.
  • Responsible for ensuring all payment transactions are correctly recorded and department balances at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure smooth guest experience.
  • Recommend additional services and retail products.
  • Conflict resolution and problem solving.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa desk, change rooms, pool areas and relaxation lounge at all times.
  • Opening & closing of the department.
  • Maintain Lancemore Group dress and grooming standards at all times.
  • Assist Spa Manager and Hotel management team with additional tasks as necessary.

About You:

  • Prior exposure to spa industry is an advantage though not essential.
  • Previous Reception experience.
  • Positive & friendly disposition.
  • You thrive in busy environment and multi-tasking comes naturally to you.
  • Confident at recommending additional services & home care to enhance guest experience.
  • Natural problem solver who meets challenges head-on.
  • Commitment with flexibility to work various shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Proactive and positive focus with passion for spa industry.
