Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences?

This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and supported throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out.

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Secure payment and activate/reissue room keys as needed.
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues quickly.
  • Clear departures from the computer system, coordinating with Housekeeping as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance standards.
