As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in South Australia.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring timely diagnosis and resolution of system errors and customer issues.
  • Maintaining current software levels on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Meeting product repair turnaround goals to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Providing technical sales support and performing workflow reviews to improve client outcomes.
  • Completing routine and breakdown maintenance as required to ensure equipment is always operational.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in field service engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science.
