Job Description

IT Support Specialist

This role requires an individual with strong technical skills and a passion for helping others. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to clients, ensuring that their technology needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Working closely with the IT team, you will be expected to troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide training and support to end-users, and develop solutions to improve our IT infrastructure.
