Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our dynamic team in VIC - Metro. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and leveraging your sales expertise to meet and exceed targets.
About the Role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored support to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Efficiently manage quoting, ordering, and stock management processes, ensuring seamless operations and accurate inventory control.
- Utilize cold and warm calling strategies to prospect and generate new leads, expanding our customer base.
- Maintain comprehensive CRM records, enhancing pipeline visibility and informing strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and achieve shared goals.
- Excel in email communication, engaging clients and stakeholders regularly to foster strong relationships and drive results.
- Work autonomously, meeting business KPIs and developing accurate sales forecasts to inform strategic insights.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate exceptional phone and email communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and engage clients.
- Problem Solving and Initiative: Embrace feedback, creatively solve issues, and take calculated risks to drive business growth.
- Salesforce CRM Mastery: Proficiently utilize Salesforce for lead generation, opportunity tracking, and relationship management.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Interpret data and trends to inform informed decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Utilize Excel, Word, and other tools for productivity, collaboration, and data analysis.
- Cold Calling Proficiency: Leverage cold calling strategies to prospect and generate new leads, expanding our customer base.
- JB Hi-Fi Retail Experience: Prior experience or exposure to similar brands is advantageous, but not essential.
- Industry Experience: Prior sales and industry experience is advantageous, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals looking to launch their sales career.
What We Offer
