Job Title: Business Operations Supervisor
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings and appointments, manage office supplies and inventory, and provide general administrative support.
- Staff Management: Supervise junior administrative staff, manage employee schedules, and address potential conflicts.
- Operational Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment, ensure the efficient use of office equipment, and oversee maintenance tasks.
- Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicate with staff, clients, and vendors, attend meetings, and take minutes.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing office projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
