Event Planning and Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Event Planning and Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, coordination, and execution.

Job Description:
  • Assist in developing event plans, timelines, and checklists tailored to each location.
  • Understand client or internal stakeholder requirements to design suitable event experiences.
  • Perform venue research, pre-event site visits, and feasibility studies as needed.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all logistics at the venue, including setup, registration, technical arrangements, branding, and flow. They will also ensure timely coordination and execution of all event-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on event coordination experience, preferably with exposure to multi-city or nationwide events.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of event logistics, vendor sourcing, and ground operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools/software.

A successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to travel PAN India on short notice.
