Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Management Professional to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role offers extensive training and support for someone looking to commence or advance their Property Management career.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting open homes and private appointments to showcase properties to prospective tenants
  • Preparing and conducting periodic inspections to ensure the highest standards of property maintenance
  • Processing and approving applications, including reference checking to verify candidate suitability
  • Preparing lease agreements that meet all regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrating available properties to prospective tenants through effective advertising and communication strategies
  • Preparing entry inspection reports as required to document the condition of properties
  • Utilizing cloud-based software such as Console and Inspect Real Estate to streamline administrative tasks
  • Administering leasing and property handovers to ensure seamless transitions
  • Performing additional tasks as instructed by the Senior Property Manager to support team goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Real Estate Registration (or be willing to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years of office administration/reception experience
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
  • Excellent and professional communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Availability to work full-time hours, Tuesday to Saturday

Salary Information

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, plus benefits, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
