Frasers Property Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our Finance team in the Industrial division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assets across QLD and VIC, working closely with Property Managers and other stakeholders to achieve successful financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage month-end tasks, including accruals, prepayments, and utility charges
  • Capitalise rent incentives and amortise over lease life
  • Conduct monthly wash-ups for expense recovery
  • Assist Property Managers in maintaining tenancy schedules and reviewing monthly rent rolls
  • Raise contract Purchase Orders and send to vendors as approved
  • Track payment of utility invoices
  • Prepare annual property budgets and reconcile balance sheets
  • Report on financial performance, including audits and corporate reporting requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree qualifications in Commerce, Business, Economics, or Finance/Accounting
  • Qualified or part-qualified CPA/CA
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting, forecasting, and reporting within a large corporate or multi-national business
  • Strong skills in analysis, time management, and written and verbal communications
  • Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills
