Property Network of Australia Seeks Experienced Commercial Property Manager

Sydney-based commercial agency seeks a seasoned Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 8 assets in North Shore.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing commercial properties, a strong understanding of the property industry, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Duties:

  • Budget management: Manage property budgets, monitor variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and company policies.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate property records in lease administration software.
  • Vendor management: Coordinate with vendors to manage contracts and services effectively.
  • Tenant relationships: Build positive relationships with tenants, owner and investor groups, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintenance coordination: Oversee tenant and property maintenance to ensure timely completion of works when necessary.
  • Leasing discussions: Participate in leasing discussions to align property management with client goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Finance and operations knowledge: Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
  • Software proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the MRI property management software.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Client-focused approach: A client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

About the role: This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-regarded commercial agency in Sydney CBD. The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $90,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
