**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee our commercial portfolio located in the North Shore area of Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing property budgets, monitoring variances, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing commercial properties and a strong understanding of the property industry. You will need to be able to liaise with high-net worth investor groups and have a desire to learn and grow.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage property budgets, monitor variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate property records in lease administration software.
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage contracts and services effectively.
  • Build positive relationships with tenants, owner and investor groups, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee tenant and property maintenance to ensure timely completion of works when necessary.
  • Participate in leasing discussions to align property management with client goals.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the MRI property management software.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your skills and qualifications.
