Property Network of Australia is a leading National Shopping Centre Group, currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Retail Property Manager to join their team. This role will be based in the Mount Gambier area, overseeing the management of a prominent shopping centre.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Portfolio Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of presentation at the centre. They will also provide marketing support as required, work within set budgets, and coordinate leasing activities with assigned agents. In addition, they will undertake regular rent reviews, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate records.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, preferably in a retail setting, and will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $135,000-$140,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key qualifications include a relevant degree, such as a Bachelor of Business (Property), a Certificate of Registration (Agent's Rep), and a current driver's licence. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the property industry is essential, ideally including retail experience. Previous experience preparing complex budgets and reports, negotiating leases, and maintaining accurate records is highly desirable.
