Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Management Professional to join our team at Minor Hotels. This role is based in the Sydney CBD and will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting open homes and private appointments
  • Preparing and conducting periodic inspections
  • Processing and approving applications, including reference checking
  • Preparing lease agreements
  • Preparing advertisements for all rental properties
  • Demonstrating available properties to prospective tenants
  • Preparing entry inspection reports as required
  • Using the Console cloud program and Inspect Real Estate
  • Administration of leasing and property handovers
  • Performing additional tasks as instructed by the Senior Property Manager

Requirements:

  • Current Real Estate Registration (or be willing to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years office administration/reception experience
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
  • Excellent and professional communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Availability to work full-time hours, Tuesday to Saturday
