About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Management Professional to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Junior Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our busy Property Management department and servicing an immaculately maintained portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside a Senior Property Manager to process applications and reference checks for tenants
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance, and liaising with tradespeople to ensure timely completion
  • Assisting with ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections, and preparing condition reports
  • Managing lease negotiations and sign-ups to ensure seamless transitions

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and exceptional time management and organizational skills. You will also possess a current Certificate of Registration and a reliable car and valid driver's license.
