To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
  • A Full Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
  • Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
