About the Role

This strategic leadership position offers full P&L responsibility, providing an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the national broking operations for financial lines risks
  • Achieve growth and expansion of team to achieve strong market perception and branding
  • Operate as specialised subject matter expert across Financial & Professional lines products to support teams on the ground with technical queries, mentorship & development
  • Develop and implement integrated leadership strategies to execute on national business goals
  • Achieve desired growth and profit targets with autonomy to execute strategies to achieve this
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements across broker functions
About You
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with both local and interstate teams
  • Strong technical understanding across financial & professional lines with exposure to high-level, technical & complex risk management across domestic and UK markets
  • Strategic and financial acumen to facilitate autonomous operation of business unit
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders
