The role involves sharing responsibility for the strategic direction, oversight, and performance of the Victoria Financial Lines business, in conjunction with the Financial Lines Head, Pacific. Key accountabilities include ensuring compliance with internal and external management and regulatory controls, developing market knowledge, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships internally and externally, and providing clear vision and strategy as a leader.

The ideal candidate will have extensive underwriting experience in Financial Lines across the Australia marketplace, demonstrated ability to generate new business, and a proven record of delivering meaningful underwriting profit. Strong technical background, problem-solving analytical skills, and ability to connect data analytics with strategic deliverables are essential.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time
