Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead national sales teams (BDMs, Relationship Managers) across broker and wholesale channels
  • Drive strategic growth through key aggregator partnerships
  • Build profitable relationships with mortgage managers, dealerships, and white label partners
  • Represent the company at industry forums

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:
  • 10+ years of experience in residential lending sales/business development
  • A proven track record of managing national sales teams in alternative finance landscapes
  • Deep fluency in intermediary models and sophisticated lending architectures
  • Established networks across broker ecosystems and institutional channels
