About the Role
We're seeking a driven Business Development Director to grow our Sydney market. You'll excel in fast-paced sales, build relationships, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Selling Planit solutions to new clients.
- Build and manage a balanced sales pipeline (technical testing, quality engineering, etc.).
- Collaborate with delivery teams to support non-sales colleagues.
- Develop market/client maps and acquisition plans.
- Meet revenue and margin targets with accurate forecasting.
- Respond to tenders and advocate for Planit via social media and client interactions.
- Proven sales success and pipeline management.
- Strong problem-solving and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with senior executives and public sector networks.
- IT or consultative sales experience.
