About the Role

We're seeking a driven Business Development Director to grow our Sydney market. You'll excel in fast-paced sales, build relationships, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling Planit solutions to new clients.
  • Build and manage a balanced sales pipeline (technical testing, quality engineering, etc.).
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to support non-sales colleagues.
  • Develop market/client maps and acquisition plans.
  • Meet revenue and margin targets with accurate forecasting.
  • Respond to tenders and advocate for Planit via social media and client interactions.
  • Proven sales success and pipeline management.
  • Strong problem-solving and contract negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with senior executives and public sector networks.
  • IT or consultative sales experience.
  • Established, growing professional network.
