About The Edge Partnership

We are a dynamic and innovative organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Strategic Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering all HR activities for our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with local laws and legislations.
  2. Partner closely with stakeholders to drive the HR agenda and meet business needs.
  3. Work collaboratively with the Corporate HR team to deploy key processes, procedures, and policies in accordance with global standards.
Requirements:
  1. Degree qualified with 6 to 8 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations, preferably in financial services.
  2. Sound knowledge of local Employment law, HR organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
  3. Strong interpersonal and consulting skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  4. Able to work in dynamic environments and adapt to changing business needs.
  5. High personal integrity and a strong sense of ownership.
  6. A self-motivated individual who is agile, inquisitive, and keen to learn.
Compensation and Benefits:

As an attractive offer, we provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including generous leave entitlements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
