Boral Constr Mat Limited is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their permanent team. Based in North Ryde, you will partner with frontline leaders to drive business objectives and develop teams. Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals from various centres of excellence, including remuneration & reward, talent acquisition, industrial relations, people operations, payroll, workers compensation, and wellbeing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to frontline leaders in operational businesses.
  • Strategic Implementation: Implement human resources plans and processes throughout the annual HR lifecycle.
  • Change Management: Drive improvement and contribute to high-impact change initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, manage grievances and disciplinary investigations, and provide EA and Award interpretation advice to leaders and employees.
  • National Initiatives: Engage in leadership, diversity, talent, and capability projects.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with:

  • A strong background in human resources, ideally in advisory and operational implementation focused roles.
  • Proven track record in large organizations, particularly in industrial sectors, and experience working with EA-covered workforces.
  • Enterprise Bargaining Expertise: Contemporary knowledge and experience in enterprise bargaining and managing union stakeholder interactions.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and implementing human resources projects.
  • An independent, accountable work ethic combined with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law, or Psychology.
