This role offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership and direction across the end-to-end commercial process for all-of-government digital platforms.
As Associate Director Commercial Contracts & Performance, you will be responsible for leading a team of contract partners, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships with internal senior leaders, and overseeing the end-to-end procurement process within GTP.
You will also engage with vendors and industry partners to develop strategic partnerships and optimise digital product offerings, and oversee contract management, including negotiations and compliance monitoring, performance reporting, to secure optimal outcomes for the organisation.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading a large multi-disciplinary team in a service delivery environment, while developing and operationalising commercial processes, including strategic sourcing, procurement and vendor and contract management.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Procurement, sourcing, contract and vendor management experience
- Significant experience in building effective networks and mutually beneficial partnerships
- Knowledge and certifications in SAFe are preferred
