About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate and partner with our client, a South Australian Government agency, in support of their Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Injury Management objectives and outcomes.
As an experienced Work Injury Management professional with a strong background in WHS, Return to Work or Personal Injury management, you will be responsible for managing employees on their Return to Work journey.
Your skills in claims management will be complemented by your knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Return-to-Work Act 2014.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business to enhance the injury management landscape within the organisation
- Manage medium to high-risk claims, including serious injuries, with experience in Self-Insurance
- Coordinate and manage claims processes, ideally in a healthcare environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve return to work outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience in WHS or Injury Management
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the Injury Management and claims processes
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing medium to high-risk claims
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in injury management
- Relevant background screening, immunisation and unrestricted driver's licence
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
