About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing a portfolio of home constructions across the Greater Adelaide area on a full-time, ongoing basis. Reporting directly to the Regional Building Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholders
  • Coodinating trades and ensuring reliable trade networks are in place
  • Ensuring adherence to correct building practices, procedures, and OH&S regulations
  • Managing day-to-day operations on site, including suppliers and administrative tasks
  • Providing weekly KPI reports

We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent project management skills and a solid understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience supervising residential home builds or construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • An ability to communicate effectively with diverse client groups and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Greater Adelaide region

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience. The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, based on industry standards and requirements.
