About the Role

Based in Sydney's CBD, you will support the management of company workers compensation claim portfolios.

You will provide strong central and service-oriented support to the WHS and Wellbeing Lead with workers compensation administration, claim reviews, injury management including non-work injuries, case meetings, database management and reporting.

You will support the aged care homes and return-to-work plans for injured employees in conjunction with advice from the company insurer, medical professionals, and managers of injured workers.

Salary

Up to $90,000 plus super and salary packaging options.

About You
  • SIRA Return to Work coordination training
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in workers compensation claim management
  • Strong administration, planning, and organisational skills
  • An understanding of the principles of WHS and Workers Compensation legislation and regulations and Codes of Practice
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with developed computer and systems skills
