Our Claims Model

Gallagher Bassett's service delivery model focuses on holistic and tailored recovery and return to work (RTW) strategies to deliver superior outcomes. Our model is built around specialisation and segmentation by injury type and claim duration, enabling alignment of the right skillset to the right role.

New Opportunity

We are offering a new Technical Specialist opportunity with a unique focus on Work Injury Damages, fraudulent and litigated claims. As a Claims Expert, you will have the opportunity to lend your experience to build and grow the technical expertise, operations and processes across the function.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in technical or case management roles within a workers compensation setting, with demonstrated experience in litigated claims management
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation
  • A strategic mindset and approach to work
  • A strong sense of team and collaboration
  • A resilient attitude

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary range is AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive:
