We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Mackay team, supporting our growing customer base in the Bowen Basin and along the coast.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing holistic OEM customer and technical support to valued customers.

• Managing an existing network of customers and sourcing new customers to grow our business.

">

• Promoting parts and service sales solutions to achieve sales targets.

">

• Reporting activity, prospects, sales opportunities, and competitor activity.

">

• Attending customer site meetings as required to resolve technical issues.

">

• Providing fluent customer relationship management and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• A strong understanding of earth moving and construction equipment.

• Demonstrated success in a similar role.

• Self-motivation and the ability to build long-term relationships.
