We are currently seeking a skilled leader to oversee the maintenance and performance of our mobile equipment fleet. In this key role, you'll ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards, maximising availability and efficiency.

About the Position

  • Lead a team to ensure optimal equipment availability aligned with project timelines.
  • Oversee service contracts and ensure all expectations are met.
  • Drive high standards in equipment health, reliability, and asset performance.
  • Nurture strong working relationships with clients.
  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A relevant trade qualification.
  • Mining certifications - G1, G8, G9 and G2.
  • Standard 11 Competency.
  • At least 5 years' experience managing heavy equipment maintenance in both workshop and field environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment commonly used in mining operations.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and understand operational needs.
  • Understanding of HSET standards within QLD mining.
  • Commercial and financial acumen aligned with project goals.
