About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for desktops, networks, and other IT systems.

Key responsibilities include handling desktop/network issues, installing and upgrading operating systems, patching software and hardware, and performing break fix tasks. A well-versed network engineer with good knowledge of Cisco routers and switches is also required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Technical expertise in desktop/network support
  • Ability to install and administer MS Office
  • Business English with local language proficiency
  • Familiarity with Wifi basics and network configuration
  • Good understanding of LAN, WAN, switch, and router configuration
