
Technical Operations Coordinator

The primary function of this position is to ensure seamless operations of workstations, printers, meeting rooms and communication facilities.
- Conduct regular workstation health checks to guarantee optimal performance and efficient issue resolution.
- Configure and monitor peripheral devices such as monitors, keyboards and mice to guarantee user satisfaction.
- Maintain and check printer health proactively, ensuring they are in good working order at all times.
- Manage and support meeting rooms and communication facilities to facilitate effective internal and external interactions.
- Oversee Office 365 user accounts, ensuring smooth access and addressing any service issues that may arise.
- Administer Active Directory, including troubleshooting, user account management and security settings.
- Provide technical assistance and support to staff across various locations within the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with company standards and both internal and external IT policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with setting up and monitoring workstations, focusing on hardware and software health checks.
- Proficiency in configuring peripherals such as monitors, keyboards and mouse for operational efficiency.
- Expertise in performing printer health checks, including network printers and standalone devices for seamless functionality.
- Strong understanding and management experience of meeting rooms and communication facilities to support business functions.
- Extensive experience with Office 365, including email configuration, user management and troubleshooting.
- Solid experience working with Active Directory, including user account creation, group policies and troubleshooting login issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential IT infrastructure issues.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams across Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.
