Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling desktop and network issues, installing and upgrading operating systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling desktop and network issues, capable of installing and upgrading operating systems, and well-versed in network engineer concepts such as LAN, WAN, switch, and router configuration.

Additionally, the candidate should have basic knowledge of WiFi and business English with local language proficiency.

The role involves working on various projects, providing technical support, and collaborating with other teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
