Deliver timely, accurate payroll services in a fast-paced environment as a key member of our team.

As a skilled Payroll Processing Senior Associate, you will manage complex payrolls across multiple cycles and local agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay runs, covering over 100 EBAs and multiple local agreements.
  • Leading payroll testing and analytical review activities to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
  • Providing expert support on payroll systems and workflows, including Workday to Preceda integration and system administration.
  • Ensuring legislative and audit compliance by staying informed of regulatory changes and meeting audit requirements.
  • Delivering specialist payroll advice and training to support team development and customer queries.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate extensive payroll expertise and possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
