Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our project team as an Administrative Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support, efficiently and autonomously implementing and managing key processes and documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and recording internal and external correspondence in a detailed manner
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive contract filing systems
- Timely management of daily procurement and commercial documentation
- Maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Excellent communication skills for building positive relationships across all levels
- Experience in the civil construction industry (desirable)
- Experience in reporting, reviewing, and analyzing project financial performance (desirable)
- Proficiency in using SharePoint and/or JobPac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite
