Job Description:This is a role that involves working with a leading energy storage company, supporting service requests, administering warranty claims, and ensuring timely corrective actions are taken. The position requires effective communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to foster customer satisfaction and promote quality, environment, health, and safety (QEHS) principles.
The successful candidate will have experience in field service, warranty, or relevant fields, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include ensuring correct warranty data is maintained in SAP project builder, fostering customer satisfaction, and promoting QEHS principles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in field service, warranty, or relevant fields, with good communication and teamwork skills. The successful candidate will also have cost-effectiveness thinking, financial knowledge, and efficient presentation and negotiation skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Expertise in ESS knowledge, ESS Electrical systems, and ESS Control Systems
- Experience in Technical analysis, Measurement, Reporting, and Auxiliary Systems
