Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to drive process improvement and automation across various business areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop practical solutions.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of automation projects, from planning and testing to deployment and support.
  • Streamline workflows and improve efficiency using modern tools and platforms.
  • Document processes and maintain clear records for transparency and consistency.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members and other departments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in automation development within a medium to large corporate environment.
  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi, Copilot Agents) and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Familiarity with Boomi for automation across enterprise systems is well regarded.
  • Experience with Workato, K2, and/or Automation Anywhere would be beneficial.
  • Ability to discover, understand, and integrate with RESTful APIs, including navigating documentation and experimenting with endpoints.
  • Experience integrating across hybrid environments, including cloud platforms like Azure and Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and a range of on-premises enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of security best practices and how they apply to automation solutions, including data handling, access controls, and platform configuration.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and contribute to practical automation solutions.
  • A willingness to learn and grow professionally, with an interest in exploring new tools and approaches.
