Motor Insurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Motor Insurance Specialist role. As part of our high-performing team, you will play a key role in the profitable growth of a Prestige Motor Insurance agency via our Broker partners.

Your primary responsibilities will include underwriting motor policies, determining effective pricing/policy negotiation, managing Renewals, Endorsements, and New Business opportunities to attain financial targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining and exceeding service level standards, following best practices and upholding ethical and regulatory standards across the agency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years' experience within Insurance in Underwriting/Broking/Motor Claims, industry qualifications (minimum tier 2) or comparable industry experience. A strong customer service focus, communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills are essential. Additionally, a willingness to learn, use your own initiative, and foster strong Broker/Market relationships is required.
