Motor Policy Underwriting Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key contributor in our motor underwriting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and pricing motor policies, managing renewals and endorsements, and maintaining exceptional service levels.

As a valued member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including brokers, business partners, and customers. You will also have access to comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Evaluate and price motor policies to ensure optimal risk assessment and policy negotiation
  • Manage Renewals, Endorsements, and New Business opportunities to meet financial targets
  • Maintain and exceed service level standards through proactive issue resolution and timely communication
  • Adhere to best practices and uphold ethical and regulatory standards across the industry
  • Foster strong relationships with brokers and business partners through effective collaboration and communication
  • Contribute to the underwriter audit process to drive continuous improvement and quality assurance
