Hard Flooring Sales Manager

We manufacture and supply premium carpet and hard flooring solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and global markets.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you'll report to the National Hard Flooring Sales Manager and be responsible for inspiring a team of Account Managers, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with retailers and key accounts across the region.

You will lead and mentor the hard flooring sales team across NSW/ACT, develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet ambitious targets, and conduct regular store visits to promote products and gather market insights.

You will also deliver engaging product training and educational sessions, collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure product availability and campaign success, and monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

Your responsibilities will include providing accurate reporting and forecasting to the National Sales Manager, supporting Account Managers with strategic guidance and problem-solving, and developing strong partnerships with retailers, designers, and key clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful business relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of the hard flooring industry, are essential for this role.

Additionally, you will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
