Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Membership and Partnership Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders to drive membership engagement, retention, and growth. You will also provide leadership and guidance to the Membership and Partnerships team, while working closely with the broader unit to refine and clearly communicate the value proposition for businesses choosing to be part of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tourism industry stakeholders to drive membership engagement, retention, and growth.

- Work closely with the broader unit to refine and clearly communicate the value proposition for businesses choosing to be part of our organisation.
- Demonstrate high-level organisational and analytical skills, including implementing systems, tracking performance data, and driving continuous improvement.
About You:
We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications or experience in tourism, business, sales or marketing, and proven leadership skills. You will bring strong people management, communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build partnerships and drive results.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A tertiary qualification in tourism, business or communications.
- Demonstrated experience in mid-level management and/or leadership roles.
- Well-developed writing, presentation, and negotiation skills for dedicated sales activity.
- Ability to identify, implement, monitor and report on business improvement systems, such as Customer Relationship Management platforms.
- Ability to manage the design and implementation of sponsorship packages, including monitoring deliverables and reporting on outcomes.
