Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Professional to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to empower clients through expert guidance and vocational counselling, helping them achieve employment milestones.
You will play a vital role in providing strategies for Job Coaches and inWork Support Coaches, referring clients to external support services, and monitoring client progress.
This autonomous position requires strong communication skills, sensitivity, and a positive attitude. You will work with diverse clients from all walks of life, promoting their return to work and employment sustainability.
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications, full registration with ASORC or RCAA, and excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for supporting individuals in achieving their employment goals, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and vocational counselling to clients
- Develop and implement strategies for Job Coaches and inWork Support Coaches
- Refer clients to external support services
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications
- Full registration with ASORC (Australia Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors) or RCAA (Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australasia)
- Excellent communication skills
- Sensitivity when interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
