We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our team with innovation and foster autonomy in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Disability Services or similar, proven experience in supervising staff and working with individuals with disabilities, excellent organisational and communication skills, and current driver's licence and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Worker Screening.

Key responsibilities include supporting people living with disabilities, coordinating services, ensuring high-quality support, fostering community relationships, and maintaining compliance with WHS and NDIS standards.

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Coordinating services to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality support
  • Fostering strong community relationships to promote empowerment and inclusion
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations
