Empowerment Specialist

We are seeking an Empowerment Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As an Empowerment Specialist, your primary role will be to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve work-readiness and secure sustainable employment.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers, helping them identify their skills and abilities, and securing employment. You will also deliver ongoing outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers, increasing their capacity for employment through training and support services.

Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Will to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
