We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities and grow your career as part of our alliance of great minds. What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate: $38-$45 per hour, plus superannuation and penalty rates

Training and Development Opportunities:
You will have comprehensive training throughout your orientation, with ongoing learning and development. This includes:
- Specialist training opportunities
- Buddy shifts with CPA's experienced Disability Support Workers
- Opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support and/or a Certificate IV in Disability.
About the Role:
This role involves delivering personalised support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling. You will also support clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent, engage and participate in their community, and build positive relationships with our clients.
Requirements:
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is preferred
- Live locally to the locations mentioned above
- Triple COVID-19 vaccinated
