About the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative professional to lead our customer lifecycle and retention initiatives, driving engagement and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands the power of personalisation, and can bring bold campaign ideas to life.

You will be responsible for managing our CRM and CDP platforms, overseeing customer data accuracy and effective segmentation.

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies across all channels including SMS, email, and App.
  • Manage and optimise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, or similar.
  • Oversee the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring seamless integration with marketing automation tools.
  • Lead customer retention initiatives to improve lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to deliver compelling campaigns, including limited-time offers and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in CRM or customer engagement roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in eCommerce, Retail, FMCG / QSR or digital-first environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and personalisation tools.
