As a key player in our customer engagement strategy, we're seeking an experienced CRM & Email Marketing Manager to drive retention, engagement, and conversion across Australia, New Zealand, and the APAC region.

This role will lead data-led strategies that turn insights into action at key touchpoints. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape lifecycle journeys and ensure messaging is sharp, relevant, and performance-driven.

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building meaningful, measurable customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM campaign management, email marketing best practices, and data analysis. They'll be able to develop and execute targeted campaigns that deliver results.
