
Strategic Customer Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Marketing Manager.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic marketer with a flair for community building and customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a consistent customer-centric engagement strategy to drive tenant attraction and retention across our portfolio.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a comprehensive customer engagement asset-level strategy that includes attracting tenants, onboarding seamlessly, connecting continuously, and offboarding positively. You will curate and manage meaningful building communities to enhance tenant satisfaction and drive retention.
You will also develop and implement brand-aligned campaigns, collateral, and digital content using industry-standard tools such as Canva and Hubspot. In addition, you will own and manage marketing budgets and reporting metrics, create leasing experiences that engage and convert, and maintain strong collaboration with internal leasing teams, creative agencies, and digital platforms.
You will lead the attraction, onboarding, support, and offboarding process for tenants to ensure a smooth and memorable journey. Building deep, multi-layered relationships with tenants from executives to on-site teams is crucial to your success in this role.
You will curate and deliver tailored events, activations, partnerships, and wellness programs to strengthen tenant communities. Developing and managing the tenant engagement strategy in collaboration with concierge and service partners is essential to driving tenant satisfaction and community engagement.
You will leverage feedback and analytics to continuously improve tenant satisfaction and community engagement. Delivering targeted communications based on audience segments, including CEOs, leasing agents, and tenant teams, is critical to your success in this role.
You will use insights, feedback, and data to refine initiatives and report on performance. Managing external suppliers, contractors, and partners to deliver high-quality experiences and communications is also a key responsibility in this role.
