Job Title: Digital Customer Engagement Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing customer communications and engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CRM Lead in executing key customer communication programs, with a focus on optimising engagement and driving growth.
  • Manage Customer Comms and Engagement through SFMC.
  • Assist in broader optimisation across owned and paid channels to drive end-to-end conversion.

You will also assist in:

  • Content and asset creation, data preparation, journey builds and testing.
  • Optimising leads, drafts and application programs, as well as broader lifecycle comms programs.
  • Assist in database management to ensure best practice for data hygiene and campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the Growth and Lifecycle comms strategy.
  • Collaborating in the creation and segmentation of customer journeys to drive personalised messaging.
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the performance of CRM and other Growth squad programs, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise and further shape the Growth strategy.
  • Content updates on the website.
  • Support on paid media management, optimisation and reporting.
  • Support on monitoring and managing social media.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Data or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally agency side or in a fast-paced environment.
  • Min 2-3 year's experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally SFMC.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising acquisition programs at all stages of the funnel.
  • Experience in website content management and optimisations using CMS platforms, preferably Contentful.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and business objectives.
  • HTML, CSS and SQL experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manipulate, analyse, and present complex data sets.
  • Experience working in a regulated category is ideal, as is having experience working in an agile environment.
