Job Title: Customer Engagement Manager

The customer engagement manager will be responsible for leading our customer lifecycle and retention initiatives.

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies across all channels including SMS, email and app.
  • Manage and optimise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Braze or similar.
  • Oversee the customer data platform (CDP), ensuring data accuracy and effective segmentation.
  • Lead customer retention initiatives to improve lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to deliver compelling campaigns, including limited-time offers and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

This role is ideal for someone with minimum 5 years' experience in CRM or customer engagement roles, a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies, a data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG / QSR or digital-first environments, and familiarity with marketing automation and personalisation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention through data-driven strategies. You should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and have a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
