We are seeking a skilled Data Security Specialist to join our team at Randstad. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in protecting sensitive data and ensuring data security for one of Australia's leading insurance providers.
About the Role
This position involves taking the lead in safeguarding structured and unstructured data, driving innovation, and improving data protection capabilities. Key responsibilities include implementing data classification processes for unstructured data, driving data encryption strategies for structured data, safeguarding organizational assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to upgrade and enhance existing data security capabilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require expertise in data classification, encryption, and cryptography to protect sensitive information. You should have hands-on experience with data visualisation and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx, as well as strong proficiency in data modeling tools and processes. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is also essential.
Benefits
As a Data Security Specialist at Randstad, you can expect a competitive salary range of AUD 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
